Description
Odex Chemicals Limited, a leading manufacturer of industrial detergents, sanitizers, and water treatment solutions, is seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is key in ensuring the smooth running, security, and efficiency of our ICT systems, while supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for all ICT-related issues, providing on-site and remote support.
- Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, including ERP systems, networks, Office 365,bfirewalls, antivirus systems, and peripherals.
- Perform data backup and restoration procedures for on-premise and cloud systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and policies on Active Directory and email systems.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures and ensure ICT SOP compliance in line with ISO
9001:2015. - Develop ICT manuals, conduct user training, and manage ICT inventory and
procurement. - Coordinate ICT projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Liaise with ICT service providers to ensure SLAs and contracts are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT administration or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of networking, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and ICT
hardware/software. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
